Comment from Germany (Received 7, 8.45 a.m.) BERLIN, April 6 A strongly-worded semi-official commentary describes the . proclamation as "the arbitrary suppression of freedom of opinion among Germans in South-west Africa, thereby isubjecting Germanism to serious political and cultural disadvantages. The commentary adds: "It is impossible to escape the impression that the way is being prepared for pure annexation. ' '
