DANCE-COMEDY AND DETECTION With a rhythmie undertone of jungle tom-toms, Par'amount 's 1 ' Bumba, ' ' which opens to-night at the Municipal Theatre, brings George Baft and Carole Lombard baclc to the sereen in an even greater success than their first costarring effort, " Bolero. " Filled with elaborate and fascinating rhytkms, some of Le Koy Prinz's nxo'st sueccssful chorus routines, sparkling photography and costuming, it tells the vivid, poignant and human love story of a tempestuous daneer and a fascinating beauty. Baft and MiSs Lombard are the prineipals in this drama wrieh earries its people from Havana to New York through dancing, gaiety and what at time seems like inevitable heartbreak. The second feature, "Father Brown, Detective," is packed with comedy, thrills and mystery. ^There is not a dull moment in the whole show. .
