Sub-Association Meets The fortuightly meeting of the Hastings Cricket Sub-Association was held last evening, when Mr A. 1). Mahoney presided over a good attendance of clelegates. . All arrangements for the annual presentation of trophies and smoke concert fo be held in the Odcii'eJlows' Hall on Friday next were completcd. A good supper and excellent items are being provided for. Mr U. ingrara (manager) tabled his report on the Gannet Cup match, aud everv satisfaction was expressed with the couduct of players. A motion of thanks was passed to Mr L. J. Brabin for the reception given to the Hastings teani. Permissiou was granted mid-week players to play a married v. single match on Thursday uext at Nelson Park at 1.4o p.m- The following teams were seleeted for this game. — Married. — Rouse (captain), Shattky, Fowler, Dunn, Wilkins, Ball, Giorgi, Ingram, Arthur, WjIcox, Gosnell, Linyard, Tunniclift'e, Younge, Wallace aud Martin. Single. — Mahoney (capta'n), Rosenberg, Halligan, "Kifct, Brimer, Sadler, Orr, Swallow, Broadhurst, Bligh, Crosbie, McNab, Weymouth.
