Quarrel is No Concern of Hers (Received 6, 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, April 5.
Strictly in accordance with copstitutional procedure, no documents have so far been sent to London in connection with the Hertzog-Hitler dispute. British official quarters are watching with interest, as they are confronted for the first time since the Dominions seoured their new status with a major incident between a Dominion and a foreign power.
