(Eeceived 6, 11.5 a.m.) MOSCOW, April 5. The Soviet has extended unlimited facilities to Professor Brucholeako, those experiments in restoring life to "dead" dogs have startled physiologists. Brucholenko 's Institute, which now employs 160 research workers, claims that five dogs whose .bloodstreams were artificially fed with oxygen after death six months ago are now living healthily and normally. Profesisor Brucholenko distinguishes between "final" and "non-final" death. He says that as long as the tissues are not destroyed life can be restored.
