A semi-official statement discloses that England and France have invited Belglum to join an inquiry intb the possibility of lowering obstacles to inter national trade. The statement adds that the Bolgian Prime Minister, M. Paul van Zeeland, is favourable. Cabinet will diaeuss the matter to-morrow.
