To extinguish aeroplane flres at Le Fourget aerodroitie, near Paris, French officials have just placed in service a novel eight-wheeled lire truclc. Metal cylinders containing lire-choking carlyon dioxide gas are stacked on the rcar end of the vehicle and connected to a powerful pumping mcchanism.
