{ WELLINGTON, Last Night. An area of fifty acres of the City Uouncil Beserve at Bongotai, adjoining . ;the aerodrome and Lyall Bay foreshore, . was announced as the site for the New Zealand Centennial Exhibition in 1940 ■ by the directors to-day, subjeot to the j City Couneil's approval. Lieutenantj Colonel H. E. Avery has been appointed .secretary-treasurer of the exhibition. ! A later, message says the City Council approved of the site for the exhibition.
