Frederlek .Tohn Tawker, £7 33/-, costs £1 15/6; Stewart Greer Motors Ltd., v. J. H. Gillies, 18/8, costs 9/-; H. Kidson and Co. Ltd. v. M. McRae, £2, costs £1 3/6; B. G. Nicliolson v., G. W. Place, £8, costs £1 31/6: W. G. Golding v. J. Millett, £l 33/6, costs 9/-; Jack Rwain v. C. Rewi, £4 13/10, costs £1 8/6. On a judgment 'summons, Huki Moa was ordered to pay John Carr £4 14/forthwith, in default five days' imprisonment.
