Infantile Paralysis in H.B. Distriict SCHOOLS STILL CLOSED N» cases of infantile paralysis have been repoxted in Hawke's Bay during the past 48 hours, the number of positive cases at the Napier Public Hospital still being 11. It is hoped that with the approach of the cooler weather the disease will die out. Dr. F. McLean, medical officer of health for the Hawke's Bay-Wairarapa territory, will visit Hastings and Napier either to-morrow or Wednesday to investigate the position. He will confer with the borough health inspectors of both towns and with the hospital authorities. Schools of Hastings, Napier, Wairoa and contiguous districts, which were to have opened this morning, will remain closed for a further week. The Poran; gahau and Bartlett's echools opened this morning, howe'ver, while other eountry schools in outlying districts have carried on as usual since the. Easter vacation. ;
