ANOTHER RED PURGE
; Foreign Espioriage Trial Preparing (Received 5, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, April 4. The Morning Post's Moscaw correspondent says another big trial is imminent involving 38 Germans and an undetermined number of Russians and foreigners ineluding Austrians, Belgians and Italians. At least 200 Russians are at present under arrest in Moscow on various charges of antiState activity. Some are directly linked with foreign espionage, The Government will probably avoid a trial of Rykoff and Bukharin againat whom little evidence has been obtained,
