Last week the Haumoana Tennis Club held a meeting, Mr G. Inglis presiding over a very good attendance. It was decided to hold the iinal eup day on April 11. The team is to be congratulated on wihning the Association cup, also those members wlio were successful in the Easter toutnament. Card Party. . A "500" card parly was held in tha Haumoana Hall on Thursday evening. There - was a good attendance, and a very jolly time was spent by all. Tho proceeds were in aid of the Tennis Olub's funds. The winners of the tourney were: — ^Ladies: Miss Hole 1, Miss Hniith 2; gentlemen: Mr Maclntyre 1, Mr B. Smith 2. The winner of the competition was Miss Lambert.
