WELLINGTQN, Last Night Two men are in hospital with serioM( Injuries received in accidents k W«b! lington to-night. A middle-aged man who was knocked^ •' jdown by a tram car near the corner ef Taranaki street and Courtenay Plack was later identified as a minister and? his address was given as care of Im-j perial hotel, W ellington. At a late hotMQ last night he was still unconscious, hitf injuries consisting of concussion, and !wound over the lefi eye. Stephen Higgins, aged 20, eaipentei^ (of 11 Broomhedge street, was knocked idown by a car at the corner of Adelaidf road and Drummond street. He received a fractured skull, a compound fracture jof the right leg, a wound on the 'forethead and concussion, His condition ie 'serious. Both accidents occnrred at a when wet roads made visibility poosy
