lAJiAJrAU, Last Nighc. . The monthly meeting of tlie Takapau School Committee was held on Wednes' day night, when there was a full attendanee, presided over by Mr N. M Paulsen. The headmaster's roport was reatl and showed that the school v\as in a very satisfactory positiou, and liad been visited by the inspectors during the month'. A letter was read from the Health Department regarding a supply of millr to the children, but the matter was left oter to proeure tOnders and fuller information. The committee is nmkhig a struiig appeal to parents to prevent children travellin g to areas whcre infanliln paralysis is provalent.
