EUGBY, March 31, A The money.value of retail saies in February was 7.1 per :cent. higher than & year .before- — the index number for the menth bping only. nine points less than January, compared with a season-, al decline last year of 14 points. The value of .stock was 2,6 per cent. higher than a year earlier, and employment was 3 per cent. greater.
