ARMS EXPORT BAN
Washington Senator Moves Resolution WASHINGTON, March 31. Senator Nye introduced in the Senate a resolutioni to prohibit the export of arms in time of peace or war. Simultaneously, in the House of Representatives, Mr Fish moved a similar resolution, with an exception in case of a nation on the American continent going tcv war with a non-American nation.
