MASS DEMONSTRATION
General Strike Organised by Congress
(Received 1, 2.25 p.m.) NEW DELH1, March 31. A fiiass demonstration and general strike is being organised by members of Congress for to-mori'ow as a protest against the introduction of the new constitution. The Government has forbidden processions. The Calcutta Corporatioii is closing municipal offices and scliools as an indication of its disapproval.
