Rush oi Applicants in London dominions privileged (Reoeived 1, 11-15 a.m.) LONDON, March 31. The applications for presentations at Courts are so heavy that a number are likely to be placed on supplementary lists from which names will be taken only if vacancies oecur. The Dominions and colonies will be given the privilege of Bubmitting larger lists because there will be three Oourts in London, one in Edinburgh and two garden parties at Buekingham Palace. ^.uatralia and New Zealand Houses experienced such an unusual rush that ofiiciala are still busy with the preliminaries and are unable to say yet how many ultimately will be presented-
