Next War Will Prove Her Error (Beceived 31, 2.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 30. The Times Delhi correspondent says: "Ministries have been formed in Madras, Orissa and the Central provinces. It is expected that the remaining three will be completed by Aprii 1, when the new constitution is inaugurated. The Bt. Hon. Srinivasa Sastri has refused to attempt to form a government in Madras. He asserts that the British Government has bittndered diaastrously in India. 4 The perverseness of its policy will only be measurable when the next world war Shows the extent to which Indian loyalty ia alienated, ' says Mr Sastri."
