Britub Party for Spain (Beceived 31, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Mareh 30. Nine members of a British delegation headed by the Dean of Oanterbury left London to investigate religious eondi* tions. in Spain despite the British Government refusing visas in accordance with its policy of diseouraging visits to Spain for propaganda' purposes. Although the party was invited by the Spanish Govermpaent, the Foreign Office insiffts that visas are only granted for professional or vital personal business.
