American Decision TEN OVER-AGE VESSELS (Eeceived 31, 8.45 a.m.) KEW YOEK, March 29. The Times Washington corresponden* states that ten 7050-ton cruisers will b-over-age .before 1940 but the navy hn no present plans to replace them.
