MORE PRODUCTION
Increase Needed in America WASHINGTON, March 28. The Works Progress Administration reports that production of goods and services must be increased by 20 per cent. this year above the 1929 figures in order to reduee nnemployment to the level prevailing then. Technological advances and population increases have not been accompanled by corresponding increases in production. At present the nation 's serious problems are industrial, economic, and social readjustment.
