Cafces of infantile paralysis' from other centres are reported as follow:— > Paeroa. — Three positive and three suspect cases. Schools in Paeroa and Netherton have been closed for two Weeke. Opotiki. — One case from Cape EunaWay; j first in the district. Palmerston North.— One Case from Feilding (youth aged 17 yeafs, bringing the total for the district to six. Christchurch— Five further cases,, three being from Timaru (including woman 28 years of age), one from the city and one from New Brighton. Oamaru. — one case from Weston (man aged 25 years.) ,
