WELLINGTON, March 28. A well-filTed wallet from Labour members of Parliament, a brace of pipes from the Wellington waterside workers, a cutty briar carved and lidded by Maori craftsmen, a "Rangb tira" walking stick from native tribes of New Zealand, and'an inlaid caskfit from a Gisborne family Of well Wishers, Were given the Prime Minister, Hon M; J. Savage, at a social farewell at Parliament House on Saturday afternoon, before his departur© by the Arawa for the Coronation and Imperial Conference. Gifts were presented also to the Minister of Labour, Hon. H. T. Armstrong. who will leave Wellington on April 6 for Geneva, and Mra, Armstrqng who will aecompany her husbalid; Mr. E. G. HiWafd, M.P. for Christchurch SoUth and Chairliian of Committees in the House of Representatives; and Mr. F. W. Schramm, M.P. for Auckland East, both of WhOm were leaving for London as the gueS'ts of tho Empire Parliamentary Association.
