CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. The New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club's Easter meeting opened at Addington to-day before an excellent , attendance. The weather was overcast j with misty rain, but the track was in I good order. The totalisator handled £41,635, as oompared witfc £35,081 10s on the corresponding day last year.
