Rise to Japan TOKIO, March 24, Kobe reports that the Australian freight conferencs decided to raise tho Australia- Japan rates - by 10 per cent. except for frozen meats which will be up 50 per cent., also New ZealandJapan rates 5 to 10 per cent. All will bccome effective on June 1. The foregoing is part . of a general advance throughout the western Pacific.
