Rightists Interrupi Debate (Beceived 24, 1.55 p.m.) PARIS, March 23. The Pxemier, M. Leon Blum, was skouted down by Bightists when he rose in- the Chamber to intervene in the debate on the Clichy fiots and the ensuing strike. The Premier was interrupted by M. Barnegaray, vice-president | of the Freneh Soeial Party (formerly the Croix de Feu) who denied that members of his party had fired on the erowd. When he said that Germany wouk" never permit Communism tolbe ihstalled in France there were cries of "Traitor," and "Agent of Hitler. "
