(Eeceived 23, 1.40 p.m.) EUGBY, March 22. In the House of Commons the Et. Hon. Anthony Eden was asked whether the landing of Italian troops with arms and munitions in Spain for the purpose of making War on the constitutional Government of that country before February 2 did not constitute violation of the non-intervention agreement, of the Briand-Kellogg Pact and the Coven* ant of the League He replied that. if by "Italian troops" units of the Italian army were meant, he had no evidence which had established the Janding of such units in Spain. In any event, the question of violation of the non-intervention agreement was one for consideration by the Non-interven-tion Committee itself.
