The Daily Herald's Eome cOrrespon* dent says the defeat of the Italian forces before Madrid which inflicted a setback to Italy's prestige in Ceatral Europe has alarmed and angei'ed Bignor Mussolini. All news of the Italian defeats is being withheld from the Italian people.
