RUGBY, Mareh 21. A by-el6ction will be necessary owing to the Tesign&tkm Of Mr. Philip Dunne, Conaerv&tive-National member Of ihe House of Commons for the Stalybridge and Hyde division of Cheshire. At the general election, in a straight fight, he poUed 26,503 votes against 20,421 by his Labour opponent, Mr. R. M. Casasola.
