(By Telegraph-

(Received 22, 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, March 21. My K. A. Railton, the designer of Sir Malcolm Campbell's Bluebird, says that two.or three cars are heing prepared for attempts on the land speed record, and it is not unlikely that within three years a motor car will cover a flying mile at a speed of 360 miles an hour. Tho development of the racing car, says Mr Railton, is taking place almost entirely in Germany and Italy, where it is coneidered that success would be worth the cost as a matter of national prestige, for which the Governments will subsidise scertain factories.
