PAHIATUA, March 21. The Pahiatua Racing Club'g annual meeting concluded on Saturday under ideal conditions. There was a very big atteoidan.ee, and fhe totalisator handled £9824 10/-, as compared with £6098 on the second day last year, the increase amouhting' to £3726 10/-. For the meeting the total was £18,745, as against £12,298 in 1936, the increase being £6447. A feature of the day's racing 'was the success of W. J.
