EUGBY, March 16. With r.eference to the versions widely published of the recent German communication to the British- Government regarding the proposed Western Pact The Times and others newspapers point that Britain has never shown any w|llingness to agree to an arrangement whereby the Paet would be divorced from the League Covenant, and there Is no reason to expect n chungh of policy on this principle.
