Napier Shops Open, Napier retail sheps remained open a-. day to-day in keeping with a resolu-t-ion passed by the Napier Retailers' Association som© time ago, when it was decided to give a full' holjday on the People' s Day of the Spring show in October in substitution for Wellington Anniversary Day. This decision met with the approval. of tlje Hawke's Bqy Agricultural and Pastoral Society, which sent the Retailers' Association a letter to that effect.
