Napier Shops Open, Napier retail sheps remained open a-. day to-day in keeping with a resolu-t-ion passed by the Napier Retailers' Association som© time ago, when it was decided to give a full' holjday on the People' s Day of the Spring show in October in substitution for Wellington Anniversary Day. This decision met with the approval. of tlje Hawke's Bqy Agricultural and Pastoral Society, which sent the Retailers' Association a letter to that effect. "We haye enjoy ed our meals immensely — since we'ye been staying in Napier. • May we have some of yopr busingss cards? We shall surely send along our friends.
