Von Ribbentrop Just Ignores Students (Eeceived 18, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, March 16. One hundred students of London University paraded in pouring Tain with anti-Nazi and anfi-Fascist banners to await the arrival of Herr von Ribbentrop, who was presentiug Germany 's gift of books to the Institute of Hi»torical Eesearch. Herr von Ribbentrop left his car and strode into the building without glancing at the students, whom the police quietly dispersed.
