Arrangements For Tests LONDON, March 16. j The Bdard of Cricket Control an-j nounced that ISfew Zealand had agreed j to an admission of two shillings for the ! Tests in 1937; also to their being played j on conditions the same as those that j prevailed during the recent .Tests ini Australia. The Advisory County Committee : agreed: "The batsmen* at the wicketsl and the captain of the iielding side! shall eonsult as to the fltness of the' light, and if they are unable to agree, the question shall be determined by the umpires, in accordance with *law 43. Should play be suspended and conditions later improve, the umpires, without waiting instructions, shall call upon play to resume." It was f urther agreed that all county executives, at the commencement of the season, should instruct the captains to ! discourage unnec&ssary or doubtful j appeala against. the light.
