Although he did not mention Mr Roosevelt's proposals, Justice McEeynolds, of the Supreme Court, addressing a small audience at a fraternity banquet, deplored the complaints of losers in Court. actions, and said that evidence of good sportsmanship would be acceptance of the outcome of a l'air tribunal.
