Pressing home advantages gained by the International Columns, 55 loyalist aeroplanes raided xebel concentrations round Brihuega, dropped 820 bombs and machine-gunned the rebel trenches, ; creating havoc and elaughter for fivo hours. Italian prisoners will be spared and will be released at the end of the war and allowed to go home. Five insurgent aeroplanes bombed the harbour and city of Barcelona, four being killed and 13 injured. A sailing ship was sunk. The Madrid newspaper La Voz states that xebel air raids on the capital killed 1407 and wounded 3488 between October 23 and February 28. ^
