ANARCHIST PLOT Moscow Said tq be Active in Spain REPLACING CABALLERQ
(By Teleeraph-
(Received 16, 11.55 a.m.) LONDON, March 16.: The Daily Mail's Paris correspondent says that Senor Luiz Arauistan, loyalist Ambassador, huiriedly departed for Valencia owing to a Ministerial crisis. Not only must General Caballero discharge the duties of Prime Minister and. superintend the war, but also he must contend against a factional effort to replace him with General Garcia Olicer, Minister of Justice. The French paper Le Jour attributes the Spanish kfinisterial crisia to an Anarchist effort to displace General Caballero and adds that Moscow has already chosen a "man of straw,'-3 Dr Negrin, to become Premier, who, under the appearance of legality, wonld carry on the Anarchist policy. MeanwHle, dissensions between Anarchist and other Ministers have led to sanguinaTyj conflicts. It is stated that a eolumn from Yalencia equipped with planes and tanks are attacking the city of Burriana, which is held by Anarchists, who were defeated, many being shot.
