AUCKLAND, Las.t Night. The 1937 New Zealand amatsur t?aok and field championshipa will be commenced on the Doinain tq-morrpw9, AU the visiting teams have now arrived, and although one or two are smaller than they were in 1932, notably among these being Canterbury, they make up in quality what they lack in numbers. Hawke's Bay, Ofcago and Wellington have all sent strong contingeqts, cqmprising outstanding performers • Auckland is well prepared to meet the strongest opposition, howqver, as this year U haq a. team which is formidab.lq in almost every evqnt.
