Five Best Cricketers of The Year OPINION 0F TEST MATCHES (Eeceived 11, 11.55 a.m.) LONDON, March 10. Oopson, Worthington, Gover, Barnett and the Indian, Merchant, are designated the five cricketefs of the year in Wisden's Almanack, whose editor, Mr Wilfred Brookes, says that the opinion that Tests in England should be played to a finlsh is steadily growing. He thinks that the TestB in Australia can hardly be less interesting than some in England in recent years. "There is certainly no decline in attendance in Australia," he adds, "Avhich cannot be imagined as dqe to genuine admiration for slow play. " He assumed that Australians are willing to risk being bored because they knoW .they are going to »ee a result.
