The Yictorian Ohief Secretary, Mr Bailey, will recommend to the State Ministry the adoption of a system of eompulsory third party motor ixsurance, but beforo he does so he will compaTe details of the plan operating in New I Zealand with those of the optional Vicfcorian praetice.
