Delay Over Inspection An inquiry from a Hastings firm of solicitors as to the position of a road through the Moteo Estate at yesterday 's meeting of the Hawke's Bay County Council was th'e subject of some comment by Mr. E. H. Beamish. He stated that. in November last an inspection was agreed upon by the engineer, senting tae estate. " 1 am getting tired of all this delay, ' 7 said Mr. Beamish. ' ' Mr. Higgins said that he could not make the inspection in November as he was busy shearing, but I don't think that he has Deen shearing ever since. It is all non^ense the way this matter has - been hanging .f ire. I am not concerned with the different party interests in the matter, but I do want the positipn cleared up. We must insist on the inspection being made this week," he said. • "
