G, Elliott £2 4/-, costs £l 13/6; Stewart Greer Motors Ltd. v. E. J. Brenkley £1 19/-, costs 10/-; McClurg's Ltd. v. A. Aislabie, costs only, 9/-; Geo. C. Thornton v. jack Olsen £6 7/8, costs £1 10/6. On a judgment summons George Bilby was ordered to pay B. Nicholson £19 12/- with £1 1/- costs forthwith, in default 21 days' imprisonment.
