RED CROSS CLASSES
Instructional class, under the auspices of the Ked Cross Society, are to commence to-night .at.. 7: p.m. . in. the Eed Cross Rooms, Heretaunga Street West, Hastings (next to Rolf Reys). Classes cover instruction in first aid and home nursing and are in charge of fully-qualified members of the "medicai and nursing profession. Having gained the society '3 certificate trainees can link up with the Ked Cross voluntary aid detachment moveihent,. which is firmly established in the United Eingdom and other Dominions and is rapidly developing in New' Zealand. This work not only provides a valuable auxiliary for service in emergency but a happy atmosphere of . social intercourse for the growing humber in it» ranks.
