(Received 9, 1.45 p.m.) LONDON, March 8. In accordance with present intentions, the Rt. Hon. Stanley Baldwin will retire in June, the Rt. Hon. Neville Chamberlain succeeding hi|n. Ile will reconstruct the Cabinet. It is understood that Mr. Baldwin will virtualiy disappear from politics and accept a peerage. Mr. Baldwin 's prospective auecessor for the Bewdley constituency will be the Rev. Hon. Edward Lyttelton, who aceoaipanied the Marylebone cricketers to New Zealand and Australia.
