The discussion was part of a general talk on the details of the road safety campaign to be placed before the annual meeting of the South Isiand Motor Union. Mr. Haigh said it was undeinabla that many motorists went to dances, parties and other functions and draiik liquor, some of them to such an extent that afterwards they were untit to take their cars home.
