Chapellut had threatened to cocnmit suieide hut he did not take her seriousMile. Chapellut wounded Captain Lallemant by shooting when they in an aeroplane. She landed and put him out of the plane and then continued her flight, crossing the Channel without knowing she had done so and made a crash-landing in England.
