Wilson, while tho premier pork award went to the QheJtenham Coop. J>airy C?o., Ltd. The detailed reports are ua fojlow:— The baqon ehtries were very good carcgses, bnt were really too heavy for bacon purposes, They were, however, i'ull of meat and ojE good mako and shape and of good appearance, 1175, H. Wilson, 1st place ; Well bred meaty pig, nice long back and not1 too fat. 1174, Cheltenham Co-op. Dairy Co., 2nd place: Good meaty pig, nice long back and not too fat, • .1176, A. Struthers, 3rd place: Well bred meaty pig, bnt too heavy. 1177, A Struthers, 4th place: Good meaty pig, but too heavy and too mucb weight in fore quarters. The porkers were a nice lot of pigs, well bred and not too fat. The dress ing was good, but tbe skins wero inclined to be coarse. -1172,- Cheltenham Co-bp. Dairy Co., lst place- Two good well bred lean pigs, Good colour and in our opinion tbe most suitable for' the London "trade. 1171, Miss G, Breen, 2nd place: Two good well shiaped meaty pigs, not too fat, 1173, H.
