Waipukurau Club

WAIPUKUEAU, This Day. The final of the Waipukurau TennU Club ladies' championship singles for the silver challenge cup was won by Miss M. Hartley wno beat Miss Audrey Ormond 6 — 4, 6 — 1. The men's championship singles for the Sir George Hunter Memorial cup will be played off between John Ormond, junr., and D. Moorbead. The Tennis Club members intend holding a dance in April to raise fundi for improvements.
